When I am facing a lot of pressure at work, my back and neck will start to hurt. Sometimes, this tension is the result of too much work. I have too many things to do because my supervisor is on my back all the time. In other words, my employer is always telling me to do things.

After a month long study of the geography, climate, history, culture, economy, and literature of Russia, the Global Classroom students learned how to make and roll out homemade pelminis with the help of Mikhail Nokhov, a teacher from Dagestan, Russia visiting the classroom that morning via Skype. nbsp;Through the live video feed he instructed the students on the size and proportion of the perfect pelmini, a Russian dumpling filled with pork, beef and onion.

In addition to the fresh boiled pelminis everyone also enjoyed homemade Russian black bread and a bowl of warm borsch

The Cold, Hard Truth

Cold weather has a great effect on how our minds and our bodies work. Maybe that is why there are so many expressions that use the word cold.

For centuries, the body's blood has been linked closely with the emotions. People who show no human emotions or feelings, for example, are said to be cold-blooded. Cold-blooded people act in cruel ways. They may do brutal things to others, and not by accident.

Heart to Heart

We will try to get to the heart of the matter to better understand the most important things about words and their stories. So take heart. Have no fear about learning new expressions. Besides, popular English words can be fun. There is no need for a heavy heart. Such feelings of sadness would only break my heart, or make me feel unhappy and hopeless.

Money Talks

People often say that money talks. They mean that a person with a lot of money can say how he or she wants things done. But it is not easy to earn enough money to gain this kind of power.Ask anyone in a business. They will tell you that it is a jungle out there. The expression probably began because the jungle is filled with wild animals and unknown dangers that threaten people. Sometimes people in business feel competing businesses are as dangerous as wild animals. And they feel that unknown dangers in the business world threaten the survival of their business.

In November the teacher of English from school # 42 from Vladimir Galustyan Svetlana address us with the request to introduce our republic to her students as the latter know practically nothing about the Caucasus and the people living there, beside the information they get in central Russia about our republic and the people is really very scaring and they usually think that all Muslims are terrorists, killers and assassins. nbsp; Such reputation is very offensive for us and we wanted to show them that good nbsp; and bad people can be found in any nation but the number of good people prevails . So on December 4 we had a very good and fruitful conference with the students from Vladimir. First they asked us questions about the nbsp;things they were interested in and then listened to our presentation. nbsp; Soon they will invite us to listen to their presentation and get every possible information about one of the oldest Russian cities, it's history, people, culture and traditions.
